After some advise please. Currently in the process or replacing a toilet. I was hoping to use the existing pan connector as it seems completely seized in the soil pipe collar. I'm worried I'll break the collar if I try and twist thr connector too hard. The front seal on the existing pan connector has perished and broken off on removal of the toilet.

What would be the best cause of action? Try and carefully cut the connector out the collar with a multi tool, or is it possible to get a replacement front seal and plastic clip?

Many thanks

It’s glued in needs cutting lower then depending on the toilet you might need a mcalpine con 8 / 8e

Wood saw horizontally follow the top of the collar

The new pan connector will just push into what’s left you might need to trim the height of the pan connector depending on the height of the toilet but that’s fine
