Hi,

been to look at a 35cdi II, it doesn't fire when calling for hot water. Narrowed it down to either changing the Diverter Valve or the Diverter Valve Micro Switch Assembly. I spoke to technical and they said to see whether the 'pin' was moving when the hot tap is opened and closed. Does anyone know whereabouts I can see this pin?

Any answers would be much appreciated.

Sorry cannon plumbing, you will need the gas safe logo next to your name before anybody can help you with this. Sorry,
if we helped you we would be hung !! Lol

It's an easy one to answer but you'll need
to forward your gas details to a moderator so we can confirm we are giving advice on boilers only to those that should be working on them.

Based on this question is say joining would be a great benefit plenty of knowledge behind those closed doors.

Its a a palaver but it keeps the public safe and the forum out of deep water...

besides bah humbug

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
