This is a brand new sealed vented system with two motorised valves, one for HW with tank thermostat and one for CH with wireless room thermostat.
If the time clock is set for HW only and when the tank is hot the boiler stops firing. Should the boiler pump also stop after a little while?
Don't want to go back to the installer unless there is wrong.
cheers.

It's pump overrun. Some boilers can run on for 15 minutes, but will stop .

If the pump isn't stopping at all then the pump hasn't been wired correctly. If this is the case, give him a call and ask him to come back and have a look. Should only be a minor fix so nothing much to worry about!
