As above new boiler fitted and new Hive, Hive is set up correctly and works as it should but when it comes to scheduling on/off times via Hive the boiler doesn't cooperate, the radiators are set at 50 on the boiler but when the temp drops below this on the boiler it fires up. Now my way of thinking is I don't want the heating on during the day but the boiler thinks I do. Any help would be great, I have done the switch off and on with the boiler and the Hive.

The 50 on the boiler is the flow temperature. It should be at around 70.

It does sound like a wiring issue. Can you take the rubber caps off the lower panel out and unscrew it, you'll see a wiring panel with an electric symbol, if you unscrew that and then take a photo of the wiring it will be easy to tell if they've left the link in or wired the hive into the wrong spot.

It won’t make the rads undersized and delta T for rads shouldn’t be affected. If anything it’ll help with the condensing side of things.
Delta T = (flow + return)/2-room temp

At 50 flow you're Delta T is going to be 30 at a maximum using 20 as a room temperature. That would require some massive radiators. For example a 600x1200 p+ at a Delta T of 50 would require a 600x2400 p+ for a Delta T of 30
