You may also find that you can turn the brackets to their "closer to wall" angle then shim out with horseshoe packers which are available in 1mm increments until the pipes line up. However, you will probably have to make at least one pipe tweak for the width of the radiator not being the same. But that might render it DIY-able at least if you don't like bending pipes.
