Hi there, I'm no more than a DIYer do forgive my terminology.

I have a concealed shower, the mixer knob has become wobbly not sure why, I wanted to remove it to see if there's anything I can do. I've removed the on/off knob no problems (just loosened the Allen screw and pull) but the mixer one is not budging one bit, I've tried pulling and some very light prying but with no success.

any advice would be hugely appreciated.

thanks,

Chris

A picture would help a lot. As a new user you won't be able to post one though.
Upload one to a site like photobucket and paste the link here, you may have to remove the http and/or www from the address though to post it. If you do one of us can link it properly.

Is there a manufacturers name plate on the front of the control or similar, if there is it probably comes off to reveal a screw.

Thanks for the reply, there is no sign of information on the manufacturer, I remember it was purchased from B&Q if that helps.

Here's the image :)
Is there not a grub screw or similar in that hole there?
