hi drain off on cold feed to megaflow stuck (washer seized i guess) so cant drain down cylinder can you syphon with a pipe out the top like a on a unvented cylinder thanks

Yes you can. Don't forget you need to be G3 qualified to work on these.

someone neets to invent a gadget to get over the blocked drain off issue

Does it actually need to be drained? Could a pipe-freezer be the solution here?
