I have the same drill (110v) had it 5 years or so now, it's used regularly as a core drill and sometimes to mix adhesive. Still works perfectly.
 
good drill had ours years did have to have a oil seal fitted awhile back but we put that down to user error
 
Still got mine 30 years never broke down and still going strong. Kiss of death comment.
