Hi have a potterton performa 24 he hot water flow is very slow. Have changed plate heat exchanger and made no difference heating is fine any ideas?

What’s your flow rate into the boiler ?

Maybe not have you got an external filling loop ?

Test your flow rate from this ? Does it match your cold kitchen tap / main

Why and what will this prove
Whether the supply to the boiler is a decent flow, or if there is a restriction somewhere. A lot of people come on this forum with similar problems as yours and very often it turns out there is a valve they hadn't noticed or mentioned that restricts the flow through the pipework.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
