Help want to post photo can't find instructions

would like to post photo of my problem.Can't find how to upload, Sorry, proberly that easy I've missed.
have 3 resized Photos, how do I upload to you.

Go advanced then click the manage attachments

what I wasn't doing was opening individual photos.
managed to post under "5 year system whats this crud?"
Still didn't get it totally right. As 2 thumbnails and one larger photo in post.
But better.thanks again.
