Anyone else think there's much less activity than there was a few months ago.

Just seems quiet lately!

It was a long, cold winter, and half the posts from the public were "my radiators arent getting hot", or "my programmer doesn't work" or "my heating system is completely shagged, but don't worry because I used to be an engineer so with a few words of wisdom from the forum I can fix it myself".

I bet the gardening forums are busy this week.

It always goes like this tho. Quiets few weeks then manic. Like red says DIY time is coming and that's my favourite time of year!

It's decorating time, "how much to take a radiator off" groan. And they moan when they realise you want money to put it back on again.

its human nature and seasonal.

my own programable stat has stopped working but i dont care, i dont need the heating on LOL.

D.I.Y season? Pfft, I still have a dripping bath tap from 9 years ago.

My outside tap pees water out the gland when it's on. Do I care??.......nope.
It's fine when it's off!

Got used to the soothing drip drip drip sound now?

Doesn't make a sound, it runs down the tap body, along the back of the bath and runs down the side onto the floor. I might put a bead of silicon round the corner of the bath so it runs into the bath itself... if I can be bothered.

We could help get the economy going again if you pay me to fix your leak and you do me a favour by fixing mine.

We can toss a coin on it. The loser does
the favour and the winner gets paid.

Right I've got a coin here,

Heads I win, tails you lose ok......

Flip! Snap! clap!

Sorry mate you lost!
