Discuss Flushing radiators unit Kamstrup 401 in the DIY Plumbing Forum area at PlumbersForums.net

At beginning I would like to say Hello to all members and I would like to introduce mysel as novice DIY plumber.

I managed to change radiator, top-up water and bleed it, also I would like to flush -replacing water in radiators in whole house, as it's 6 years old and water is stinky and yellow. I seen some videos about it. The system is quite unusual because it's supplied with hot water pipe with heat exchanging unit Kamstrup 402, but pipe routes should be similar I guess...

Can anyone help me which pipe / valves should be closed to avoid return debris from radiators to heat exchanging unit to divert them away.

Any advices more than welcome
Thank you for any help
Matt

Your best option is to drain all the rads manually and then refill with fresh water and inhibitor
