NO. Flow rate is approximately proportional to the square root of the pressure difference between the two ends of the pipe. So, assuming the open end is at atmospheric pressure and the supply end is at 1 bar above atmospheric, increasing the supply to 2 bar above would only increase the flow rate by √2, i.e. 1.414 times, not by 4 times which you are suggesting.If you require 20 LPM without any piping alterations and if your water supplier was willing then because flow is proportional to the square of pressure,
