Can you buy flush pipe adapters that was used years ago

I would like to know if you can buy an adapter that fits inside a flush pipe so you can joint it to the siphon.

ABS is code for drain lines. It lasts a long time, and roots can't get through the joints.

Buy a 3 inch coupling at the local hardware store. You can cut the pipe with almost any kind of saw. Get a decent hand saw, and you will have it forever.

The washers in those fittings are usually too large to fit onto the syphon.

The syphon should have a nut underneath, Undo that and put the flush pipe through it into the syphon and tighten. If the washer between the nut and syphon is missing you can either coat the pipe with silicone before it goes in and put a load round the fitting so it squeezes out when you tighten the nut, else you can make a decent seal with good old fashioned hemp and boss white
