I'm lucky, we've a kitchen and vent fabrication factory attached to us. They've become dab hands at knocking up baffles for me. Most of the time they use offcuts of stainless steel for me.

Amazing what you can get if you promise not to give someone a big wet sloppy kiss!
 
I always get a local company to make mine. Camray parts are a rip-off and Worcester don't want to know with something that old.
