Mine came out yesterday
Smarts abit and can’t work for 6 weeks

Yes mate. Was in absolute agony for 2 days. Then 1 more in hospital. Was ok once they said I could have a morphine drip. Was back to work on light duties after 2 weeks though.

Don't try to do stuff earlier than the quacks say. I had some bowel removed a lot of years ago. Two weeks in hospital and then supposed to rest for 8 weeks. After 4 weeks felt better so started doing stuff. Took me over a year to make a full recovery. All because I thought I knew better.

Get your feet up. I hear Jeremy Kyle is fantastic

Ten days in hospital after mine taken out. Back at work on light
duties on the Monday following discharge. Another ten days then
back operating caterpillar side layer crane.

Yep had mine out as a child can't remember how long it took to mend so I'm no help .
