True I was just trying to keep costs as low as possible as the customer is family

and looks better from the bottom
 
depends on the loading but 10 elbows and 40m of pipe at 34kw is ok for 28mm tube
 
It's not just the elbows though is it, it's another three elbows a meter connector and at least a meter of pipe. about £30 worth

where you getting your fittings from normally around £20 max
 
BES was the cheapest I could find, that 35mm pipe 'aint cheap is it

<edit> just checked £35 once you've added the VAT from BES assuming the cheapest meter connection

I tried Wolseley and they got no where close (£53 a length for the 35 iirc and I don't think that was with the VAT)....check these prices.. I swear they don't want my business for some reason
