Hi,

I have a Worcester-Bosch CDi 35 which is not heating the rads, hot water is fine. On closer inspection there appears to be a small leak from the flow regulator housing. Is this an indication of more serious damage elsewhere or a failure to the flow turbine or sensor?

DHW outlet is very hot.
Pipe leading into CH flow - is very hot
Outlet Pipe fro CH flow - is luke warm
System pressure is good.

Any help would be gratefully received?

Thanks,
Lee

No. This is purely for information so i can speak to someone more intelligent who can fix it!

Then don't take the case off and ring somebody who is would be my advice, I'm sure whoever comes round will be more than capable of repairing your boiler with the information you have given.

Good luck.
