have f 22 message on boiler know need to put pressure up but dont have the handles underneath to turn have looked elsewhere and looks like i need a filling loop once got how do i go about filling boiler

There should be a filling loop somewhere on the heating system. It may be near your cylinder if it's not near the boiler?

thanks i think it is by the cylinder how do i go about connecting the filling loop and keeping an eye on the pressure at the same time
