Hi there, I’m in a new build property, approx 6 years old and our underfloor heating

system has been running fine up until now.

We have underfloor heating both upstairs and down stairs, upstairs is fine, but since last week the downstairs has been a lot cooler and is not getting up to temperature.

We have a Wavin / Hep2o system, if I look at the manifold and controller for downstairs zones, most of the zones are red - calling for heat, the pump on manifold appears to be running, but the system isn’t getting up to temperature.

I have included pictures of the manifold and the appropriate gauges, I’m looking for help in diagnosing the issue please?

Thannks,

We run a community village hall and have a large kitchen provided for the use of hirers. This includes a Lincat SLR9 gas cooker which I believe is a 23.8Kw appliance with all six burners and oven on max. This was installed some 10 years ago and has passed all subsequent Gas Safety inspections as...
