Radiators will not heat up dispite red hot pipes

You can just lower the control panel on these boilers without taking the cover off. so he can access the pump easily and legally.

I’m still out mate. Who is he going to call if it goes wrong? Us, and he will expect us to fix it.

It’s not really a case of calm down mate as far as I’m concerned he’s right members of the public should not be touching gas appliances without proper training irrespective of whether its water or gas related parts

That said I still have no heat in my downstairs rads and could do with some helpful advice !

You’ve been given some buddy get an engineer to check your pump. If you remove the affected radiators do you have water at both valves?

Sounds like an air lock on return , try draining the complete system and refilling
