Hi all, got trouble with a glow worm 60ff, both lights flash, reset and boiler on, when I turn the dial to reset it goes through the three start up sequences, then back to both lights flashing, if. I immediately turn it back to reset it then goes through the start up again and the boiler light stays on, I then have hot water and heating, if it is left for an hour or so,or overnight, with no demand, it will return to both lights flashing and I have to repeat the same steps, any ideas, Glenn

Sounds like an internal component failure, However you’ll need a suitably qualified engineer (gas safe in the uk) or Glowworm(Vaillant) group engineer to diagnose and repair this fault. Forum rules and the law prevents us from telling you exactly what it is.
