My worry about the 'one burner not working' scenario is that the tenant may decide to watch a YouTube video and then try a DIY fix.

My worry about the 'one burner not working' scenario is that the tenant may decide to watch a YouTube video and then try a DIY fix.
Gas engineers can't be responsible for tenants' behaviour. What if tenants decide to service their boiler themselves?
