I have a Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat pump and wanted to calculate my COP. When I go into the FTC5 controller I have all the energy consumption figures as I should but the energy delivered section is blank? When I try to go into it for the monthly and annual breakdown it shows ‘Invalid’. Does this mean that I have none of this information for the whole time I’ve owned this system? How do I get this information to calculate moving forwards.
