There is no coldwater downstairs. Though there is hot all over the house and cold to the kitchen downstairs. I'm tempted to say it's frozen. The only thing thats puzzling me is the chap said he had to repressurise his combi bolier this morning. Any thoughts?

Do the heating pipes enter the loft, did you check for any bursts on the heating side
