I try to remove any old wallpaper where the old rad was and maybe fill any original rawplug holes etc.

Ok.. I'll start filling old holes.. but the rest is up to the custard

I have only ever taken them off for customers to decorate, then they call me to put them back on. Or when they want new ones. Nobody normally looks down the back of radiators apart from heating engineers.:DI have about 3000 wax crayons, 10 key rings, 1 broken pen and 30 different socks on the van from changing rads:p:p:p

Yes mate filled holes , plastering , painting , even wallpapering all chargeable heres one to make you smile could not believe what was behind this rad

Yes mate break your days work into a hourly rate and charge accordingly if it take 2 hours to make good then charge 2 hours at your rate saves you going back again behind a painter and decorator cheers kop
