location of auto air vents

hello, we are installing a Ferroli Modena condensing boiler and could install auto air vents 1m from the boiler or near the end of the circuit. Is there any problem placing them near the boiler (loss of pressure etc)?

boiler is lower than the hydraulic circuit, otherwise the boiler would remove system air.

They are auto air vents so will be left in, but true once initial reactions have taken place, there should little air created in the system.
