Honestly are they worth the money? I keep looking at them wondering if one will save me time. I always have a couple cans of freeze squirt on the van don't tend to use a great deal.
Has anyone got one and its it of much use

I have a freeze master tommy , IMO they are one of them tools that are invaluable when you need them.

My test of a good tool/piece of equipment = if you had it nicked would you buy another straight away that day .
My freeze master , er I would have to think, but probably would buy another .

I had the same thoughts about a multi cutter and errrr I think how did I cope without it lol but 10years plumbing before I never bothered with one

I think they are brilliant but it depends on the work you do. I do a lot of stuff in a couple of dementia care homes where heating/hot water can't be off for long periods. Brilliant tool

I have a freeze master, invaluable when you need it, sits around thereafter, but worth every penny for working in care homes or hotels, and is also great for avoiding drain downs of old systems for rad swaps. Best thing is once they have frozen the pipe you can relax, no stress etc to get finished.

unless you forget about the secondary return if you do duck :D

Got the rothenberg one probably use once a fortnight great for commercial places especially hotels saves big drain downs

Froze some pipes a few years ago , and had to nip for a couple of fittings that I always have on the van ( not this time ), pipe cut , left freezer running , half way to merchants it hit me ............. what if theres a bloody power cut.

Foot down !!
