Does anybody know what error code 15 means on the new Duo Tec 2 boiler?

I called the Baxi technical help line and they say there isn’t a 15 error code but it does appear on page 43 of the install manual but with no explanation as to what causes it.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I've only installed one so far but to be honest the issue belongs with the manufactures as they're giving a 5yr warranty on them and if it'snothing to do with your install get them out! IMHO

Have you gone through the correct purging procedure? (Hold the radiator + button and the (i) button together for 5 seconds)

An error 15 on a Duo tec Baxi boiler indicates (according to the manual) that there is an error with the operation of the gas valve.

However with mine, a 3 year old combi, neither the pump nor the fan were working. As correct operation of both of these are checked first, the sequence should not have reached the check for the gas valve.

Circuit board error?
