Mr Mobius

Hello folks...

What qualifications are needed to sign new works off for building control ???

I appreciate your assistance.

member of gas safe if gsr if under building control inspections then gas safe for the gas building control inspects the rest if its a private job and its not gas related you need to be a member of corgi plumbing, napit etc to sign your own stuff off

Depends on what you want signing off.

Btw it is not about the qualifications as such but the body you are registered with.
