.....of fluidmaster bottom entry fill valves I had to use one today, fresh out of the box, blasted thing didn't shut off! couldn't believe it! I was not happy.

Lucky I had a dudley fill valve in the van so fitted this instead, much better quality than torbeck and went in quite nicely.

I will be taking the fludimaster back tomorrow morning:nonod:

In all honesty no, too busy sweating and swearing.

Quality of products is shocking nowadays, I picked up one of[DLMURL="http://www.bristan.com/epages/Bristan.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/Bristan/Products/%22N%20SHXDIV%20C%22"] these[/DLMURL] in Lincoln and drove to Bristol to fit. Installed and it leaked from the cartridge seal!! Stripped down tried to nip up, no good. Phoned Bristan to send out engineer and guess what, they only send spares out. Got to go back to change the seal. 460 mile round trip! Customer will pay though, lucky for me.
