How do you get rid of an airlock in c/h

Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i no HW

Hi, I have no hot water yet the CH works fine. The boiler does recognise the demand for HW and the boiler fires for about 20 seconds when the hot tap is turned on before going out. There are no fault lights on! Condenser pipe and flue are clear. Any ideas please.
