Seen so called Ion air purifiers cause it .
( No longer have a CRT TV to attract all the fine black stuff )
-- Also noticeable with modern decoration Laminate, no carpet / rug / curtains for it to gather on !--
Have carpets down in all rooms, regular vacuuming

Probably just leaves cleaning radiator fins .
(look with a torch..)
( you will find cobwebs - so get the "Right" person for the job !)
..If there ever was a coal /coke fire - it's not always the smokers..

Just ordered a cleaning brush so will give them an extra special clean when I get it
