was asked to advertise with WICKES, any one else had these calls?

got a random phone call a couple days ago from someone claiming to be from Wickes asking if i would advertise with them.... any one else had this? if its legit, is it any good?

i personally dont rate wickes stuff, so dont know if its worth it even if it is the 'real deal'!

no i've not had this. i find most wickes plumbing stuff is overpriced

i find every time i go to 'one of those' jobs, it ends up bein a cheap wickes fitting that needs a replacement but when you cant find the make on the fitting,so go to wickes, they dont have a clue either,even though the customer knows they got it from wickes. then u find it was from the old DEVA company that no longer knows about the product and ur screwed.

i usually ask them to send me written details, never get any though. i wonder why?
