Underfloor heating/boiler sizing

Im refurbing my house and looking into underfloor heating downstairs.
What size boiler would be needed for
30m2 underfloor heating
1 bathroom
7 radiators (5 if ufh installed)

24 kW boiler should cover it without any problems

Your UFH needs 2.25kW

How are you heating the hot water?
