That should read Stelrad Ideal RS50. I have the above boiler that has been turned off for 3 months during a full refurb. I have no Idea if it worked before or not. I cannot get the pilot to light. My question is should the green button be pushed towards the back of the boiler to light or pushed sideways and in? There is gas up to the valve.

Sorry. Please read the forum rules and get a competent gsr in.

If you've no idea whether or not it's worked before it would be a very, very good idea to get it checked over.

For your own safety if nothing else.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
