My shower water used to arrive at both the main shower head and the small one on a flexible hose at a perfect,constant temperature. Suddenly unless I keep adjusting the temperature manually the water is either boiling hot or freezing cold.
What is needed?
 
Sounds like the cartridge if the other hot outlets are ok
