Was this the case of flue terminal near open bedroom window? When I read the article it said the fault was with conversion to LPG gas?

Anyone know any details?
 
Very little information other than Nat gas boiler run on LPG, badly fitted flue and a very rushed job.

And if the flue was badly fitted then like Derry it's another indication of the importance for flue paranoia and for manufactures to find a modern answer to the simple APS which served us well in identifying flue faults on SE boilers.
