Discuss New Boiler showing F29 and then F28 error codes in the Central Heating Forum area at PlumbersForums.net

I need some help and advice with a boiler issue. We have F29 and then F29 appearing on our new boiler. This happened after few days where water was dripping from the condensation pipe. Our regular gas engineer(who installed the boiler) was not available and will be in a couple of days. The boiler was installed after the old boiler stopped working and was making a loud thudding sound whenever we we used hot water.
What should we do now? Are the 2 issues related between the old and new boiler?
We had an Ideal I-mini, and we now have a Vaillant.

Prob blocked / frozen condense pipe does it run external ?
