Mira mixer shower

Hi guys I have a mixer shower at home and it's made by Mira, sometimes I turn it on and it's fine get a good shower out of it then I get out and other half will go to use it, and it just won't turn on just wondering if a fault like this is quite common and what I can do to fix this .?
