Good afternoon, we have a Potterton Performa 30HE and have got a problem of having no hot water in the kitchen. The boiler is in the kitchen and feeds the bathroom first and then comes back down to the kitchen, the hot water is ok in the bathroom but the tap needs to be running virtually full for the boiler to kick in. We have had this problem last year sometime and British Gas repaired it under the service agreement we have but I do not want to pay out the excess again for another call out for the same problem, I am sure it was only a diaphragm or valve that was changed but was unsure. Is anyone able to advise on this? Thanks
