Hot water only works when heating is put on!! Any help appreciated? I don't really want to call tech support as it is £1.50 a minute from my mobile. Thanks guys!!

If it's not firing then flow sensor can't remember if it's Hall effect or differential if it fires but offers little or no heat then divertor or blocked plate heat exchanger/open bypass

Pop the diverter head off and see if it motors backwards and forwards.
