Do I have any other options as the cylinder has a narrow outlet and a Surrey or Salamander type doesn't fit unfortunately? Anything I should be wary of when fitting as I've not cut a SS cylinder before?
 
I'm sure help will be along in a minute. I just couldn't resist the urge to say mmmm Essex flange....
