been asked to quote for a full fit on a new build its a cement outer skin on ply with rockwool in the middle does this get treated as a normal filled cavity?

If it new build it will have a u value on the walls and cavity

working it out on a mears just need to know if its the same as a normal cavity,not seen the plans

ask the builder for the u values, they will know them as they have to prove they meet current regs.
