I have been called out to a Baxi combi Instant 105e that is calling for water constantly.

There are no signs of a leak on the DHW side and the preheat is working fine and switched off.

I presume there is a fault with the pcb.

Has anyone come accross this problem and could help please.

Thanks Gregg

did you check the flow meter? it might be stuck open

yep same thing mate. let us know how you get along
cheers

Hi gregg1908 :) A flow regulator is different from a flow switch IMO ... Is the h/w demand light flashing for pre-heat or on constant demand? Not sure what you mean by calling for water constant :)

Have a look to see if the spindle is stuck in the out position on the actuator. Not too sure but it may be the one closest to you when the cover is off.
