Could someone move this to the arms or should I start a new thread?

Hi Dave

the company behind this is Qualitex - they are an importer and distributor, rather than a manufacturer. Very strong in the Thames gateway area - Essex and Kent particularly, but also east london, herts, sussex etc.

Our experience is that they are fine until there is a problem, then that rep that was all over you is suddenly on retreat in a tibetan monastry.

There are definitely worse out there, but my strong recommendation would be to ask your merchant for an Eastbrook catalogue. Not only is their stuff higher quality, their aftersales service is on a completely different level.

Thanks Ray, I appreciate your feedback. I'll go and speak with them and see what they say regarding eastbrook.
