Ah the pic has gone upside down :/

It is however an 1 1/4" waste from a washbowl that has an overflow thingy made into the waste.

Been to three local merchants and a bathroom showroom and no one has seen one before. No name printed on it anywhere.

I've put an unslotted waste on but the customer wants an overflow function in case he decides to put the plug in and leave the tap running....
 
I've fitted one before it came with the whb but can't remember the make sorry

Mira shower mixer adjustment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THIS MIXER UNIT? WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TURNED ALMOST FULLY ANTI CLOCKWISE TO GET HOT WATEROUT. THE FRONT PLATE WITH MIRA ON IT PRISES OFF AND INSIDE THERE ARE SOME PLASTIC BITS AND A SMALL CROSS-HEAD SCREW IN THE MIDDLE. THANKS
