Brackers

Hello.... I am involved in a project to fit a children's nursery with 3 low-level toilets. The landlord will supply the cisterns but the client needs to buy the low bowls. Can anyone advise.... can ordinary full-size cisterns be used with small bowls? Or does the landlord need to buy specialist small cisterns too? Also where's the best place to buy from in Brighton/Hove area? Thanks.
