Boiler plus compliant?

Fitting a bath at a customers and she asked what I thought about the new heating system she had fitted at a rental she has. A vaillant combi, 3 weeks old. I didn't think the stat fitted was compliant with boiler plus. What do you guys think.

TBH no one is going to to police this. BG have wriggled out of it already

Should have put a terminal guard. Just thought that if it’s a different person who goes to service it then says needs a TG and the stat is right then she's got to pay for it rather then getting it right when 1st fitted.

Pretty sure its boiler plus as they can do optimisation
It would need setting up though

It is boiler plus ok, if you email Worsley they will confirm it in writing, they had a letter on the trade counter stating it's boiler plus ok .
