I fitted an outside tap for my college bricky department and decided I might as well use the opportunity to use it as evidence of me following PPE rules for my portfolio. I'll have to scan the photo one day to show you how cool I look wearing a hard hat, ear defenders and goggles while drilling the hole standing on my ladder (propped at 45 degrees of course). I think it's 45 degrees, is it?
LOL was waiting for that.75 degree on the steps & 75 degree on the drill
LMAO Stan....75 degree on the steps & 75 degree on the drill
This ones for my gas port folio. PPE overkill!!
tbh I wear ear defenders when I even drill 18mm let alone dimoned drill ,on the did wear always ears defenders + dust mask .

Hope it did not take me long to post itLOL was waiting for that.
Edit: Then again, that was the bricky department for students so I think the wall was way out to be honest.
We all know we could go as near as 150mmIs that flue going to be 300mm from an opening to a building? Naughty naughty

That gas pipe has been there for 10 years mateDid you fit that gas pipe behind you?! Class!
I've got plenty of pictures. I'll start with these. Customer complaint about standard of workmanship. Yes that is the rear of the boiler in the second picture, the original installer didn't bother blocking up before he hung the boiler. It took two of us two days to put the install right, we had to repipe the entire heating system and run a new gas supply as he'd used the original undersized 15mm for a 30Kw combi.

Thought I was looking at American plumbing there at first.
What's that U piece on your gauge, I take it it's to prevent your hose kinking? Not that I have a use for my manometer atm but interested all the same.
If it is, it's on the wrong side
Nice Danny. I bet the valve was there before the meter

Unless you have a hilti oneFail
Never use a drill with arms above your head like that. If it jambs it will have your arm broke.
Wasn't this allowed back in the day though?
Elf n safety.....3 points of contact on the ladder at all times! Maybe your knee counts as 1 !

Kyle 87 is not actually doing anything there apart from posing and looking good ! We all know it
